Our 800 number is: 800-922-7962 which is used to answer your Customer Feedback calls that come in to us on your behalf.

Once you sign up for our Reputation Management service we'll provide you with Customer Feedback cards specific to your industry. *The wording will differ somewhat depending on the type of services you provide.*

Customer Feedback cards are not designed to replace your business cards however we can design business cards to reflect the same look of your feedback cards at  discounted pricing (contact us for pricing).

HERE IS OUR PROCESS FOR SERVICE INDUSTRY BUSINESSES/IN HOME SERVICES:

Examples of Services Industry Businesses: Home Improvement, Roofers, Plumbers, Painters, Garage Repair, (any service that happens within the home). 

Once you have signed up with our Reputation Management Service you will be mailed a start up package via US Priority Mail with 100 Feedback Business Cards (Customization Available for a $75 design fee). Your cards will look similar to the one seen above for you to hand out at your discretion to any client you choose once you have completed the job. The purpose of the business card is to notify your clients to be expecting a call from us on your behalf. Your phone number will be our way of connecting you with your clients so be sure to write your phone number on the back of your cards in the provided area.

ln an effort to keep the process streamline and the feedback voluntary, your clients will be given the option to call in their feedback on our 800 number should they choose to do so. You also have the option of texting us your client's name and number after you complete your project so they can be can contacted by us for their feedback on your behalf! With our Reputation Management service plan you get up 20 Feedback Calls from us to your clients for their feedback. Each Feedback that is documented will count towards the number of Feedback calls you have purchased. *See our description of services tab for pricing or call us at: 702-236-5311.* You will be provided with your own user name and password to our Reputation Management dashboard to view your Feedback Reviews as they get documented in real time. 

You can be certain that all your Feedback with us is genuine and never fabricated. Our Feedback process eliminates the chance of your business ever receiving penalties from Google or Yelp. Your customers are a real part of the process and information is kept in strict confidence

Unless you specify anything different we will call your clients with the following verbiage:

"Hello, my name is ________ and I'm calling from Top Line Reputation Management. (your name) uses our services for the purpose of Reputation Management and I'm calling to ask if you would be willing to provide us with your feedback on the (project) that he/she recently completed for you.?"

Once we have their approval, we ask for an email and/or cellphone number to send the feedback link to. Then we ask:

"Based on the level of service and results received, would your rating be 4, or 5 stars?" The reason for that question is to determine the level of their satisfaction. If they are unsatisfied in any way, (less than 4 stars) we will ask why and provide you with the information BEFORE sending a feedback link for their review.

We do NOT intervene in any way. We just provide you with the information for you to follow up with your client.
  
This is our way of ensuring the feedback is genuine and gives you an opportunity to make things are made right if your client is unhappy in any way. Once you follow up and make things right we can contact them back for their feedback if that is your desire.
 We will not follow up unless we have your request to do so via email or text.

We do realize in some cases a business owner is not aware of workmanship issues that can develop into unhappy clients.  Sometimes things just fall through the cracks when you're busy running your business. However these oversights can sometime lead to negative reviews on Yelp, or Google and Social Media Platforms and can pull down your overall review scores which can take months or even years to recover from.

To remain compliant with both Google, and Yelp's Review Terms and Conditions we NEVER ever ask for reviews.  The feedback can be used for a review should your client decide to do so however we never mention the word "review" on our initial call. Should your client agree to providing their feedback we will ask for their email and sent a review link for them to submit their review with.

You will be issued a username and password so that you're able to log into our Dashboard and view all reviews as they come in from your clients in real time. You will be contacted by us immediately to follow up on any unhappy clients prior to them receiving any links from us. Again this is to ensure that you have fair opportunity to deal with any issues before they turn into a bad review for you.

HERE IS OUR PROCESS FOR NON IN-HOME SERVICE BUSINESSES:

Examples of Non-In Home Service Businesses: Retail Stores, Restaurants, Spas, Salons, Limo Service, etc.

Our Reputation Management for these industries are simple. We will provide you with 500 pre-made Feedback Business Cards on your initial order (500 cards is minimum) for you to offer your satisfied customers. As they leave your business or you complete your services with them offer a Feedback Card.

They will have the option of calling in their feedback or using the QR code embedded into your Feedback Card to request a Feedback link. We always offer more than one option for feedbacks to make it easy for those who may not be computer savvy and want an easier alternative to submit their feedback.

What you are paying us for is the design and tracking of your feedbacks business cards which have your own unique business code embedded into your QR link that we send your individual clients to. Once your client uses the QR code they will be taken to a page to request a feedback link. As soon as they request the feedback link they will receive it via text or email to provide their feedback.

You will have the ability to log into your own Dashboard to review your feedback links as they are documented in real time.
